SHIPPING POLICY

We process your order within 24 to 48 hours unless it's weekends or holidays. All orders are subject to UPS/USPS processing times which usually take 1-5 business days. All orders are shipped by UPS/USPS and come with a tracking number. Orders over $200 will ship with the "signature required" option upon delivery. 

We offer two shipping options:

Standard shipping 2-5 business days

Express shipping 1-3 business days

Please understand that we unfortunately do not take responsibility if USPS or UPS delays, damages or loses your package, as it is 100% out of our company’s control. We are not responsible for packages once they leave our facility. For any claims or issues with the delivery of your boxes, please get in touch with UPS at 1-800-742-5877 or the USPS number.
